Cancel anytime
You can cancel your membership at any time. After you cancel, you will not be billed again, and your
access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Memberships provide immediate access to digital content. Because of this, payments are generally
non-refundable. However, we want you to be happy:
If you were charged in error, or experienced a billing problem, contact us and we will make it right.
Refund requests made within 14 days of a charge, where the content was not substantially
accessed, will be considered in good faith.
Annual plans canceled within 14 days of the initial charge may be refunded at our discretion, less any
period already used.

within a few business days.
